Course Description:

This program is currently under development and will launch in the Fall 2025-26 school year.

The HVACR program prepares students with the knowledge and hands-on skills to work in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Instruction emphasizes safety practices, electrical systems, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, heating systems, and air distribution. Students will also gain experience in blueprint reading, CAD, tool management, troubleshooting, and project management.

High School Credit:

Students will earn elective credit at their high school upon completion of this course. Please see a high school counselor (based on district decision) for eligibility towards 4th-year math-related credit, VPAA credit, and waived credits for third year science and second year world language.
